The conference attendance continues to grow each year. We average 400+ registered attendees in addition to your invited clients and members of the public who are invited to attend the exhibition hall at no charge. Our conference attendees are responsible for a wide variety of functions including:
- Records and Information Management
- Information Systems
- EDRMS
- Privacy/ Security
- Business Process Improvement
As an exhibitor, you will receive the following. All additional furniture and items not listed are not included in the booth cost indicated:
Booth
- Choice of 8’x10’
- Limit 2 staff/booth (additional staff badges can be purchased at $200 each)
- Carpeted floor
- 1 draped table with 2 chairs
- Lunch for 2 booth staff
- Wireless internet access
- 1 standard electrical outlet
Advertising
Your company name and logo will be printed in all conference promotional materials, as well a link to your company’s website and brief company overview will be posted on the conference website. To encourage traffic in the exhibit hall, the ARMA International Education Foundation (AIEF) Silent Auction, ARMA International Bookstore as well as all refreshment breaks and an Ice-Breaker event will be in the Exhibit Hall.
Booth Reservations
Booths will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You will be contacted shortly after the receipt of your completed Exhibitor Contract to confirm your booth number.

Booth Set Up
Sunday, June 3: 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
Exhibit Hall Hours
Sunday, June 3: 5:00pm-7:00pm (Welcome Reception Held in Exhibit Hall)
Monday, June 4: 9:30am – 5:00pm (morning and afternoon refreshment breaks will be in Exhibit Hall)
Tuesday, June 5: 8:30am – 1:30pm (morning refreshment break will be in Exhibit Hall)
Booth Tear Down
Tuesday, June 5: 1:30pm – 4:00pm
